Whether you want to go on a tour of Macedonia or the whole Balkan, we have sturdy, aluminium alloy frame, quality bicycles for your journey paired with a package of accessories and information to make your experience enjoyful.
The Balkan Bicycle Touring Package consist of a mountain bicycle, rear luggage rack, helmet, bell, tools, spares, locks, lights, kickstand, 1 or 2 bottle holders (size specific) and 2 rear pannier bags.
The bicycles are Specialized Pitch Expert or Specialized Jynx Comp. They have 3 front chain rings and 9 rear chainrings, to provide gear options for going uphill with a heavy load or speeding on flat terrain. The bicycles can be fitted with MTB tires or slick tires for asphalt (Schwalbe Big Ben that go up to 5 bars), please specify.
The pannier bags we offer are Vaude Aqua Back, waterproof, 24 liter per bag, and up to 10 kg of load per bag.
For every package that you rent to explore the Balkan, you get free GPX file with over 860 waypoints of water points (springs, taps, fountains, wells) located along roads or mountains that you can use with a navigation device. The majority of the points are in Macedonia, but there is a good deal in Serbia, Kosovo, Albania and Greece. All the points have been collected by us, and we continue to collect them, and update them, so the number increases every year. Please be advise that some water points may dry-out during summer, or other water points may not be always for drinking (such as after rain, etc.), so always approach with care and ask the locals on the current status of the drinkability of the water.

*A deposit of 6000 MKD / 100 EUR / 100 USD in cash is required for every rented bicycle. The deposit will be returned to you upon the safe return of the bicycle.

We offer to bring you the bicycle to your place of accommodation in the central area of Skopje, for free.
For more distant areas, in the periphery of Skopje, and other places in Macedonia bicycle delivery is possible for an extra fee. Please ask us for an offer.
